Protection for every shipment

Each shipment sent from the online store of ATANASOV PROJECT LTD has the "Preview before payment" option included.

This gives you the opportunity to unpack and inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier before paying the cash on delivery and before signing the receipt documents.

Why is shipment inspection important?

Pre-payment review helps you make sure that:

• You receive exactly the products you ordered;
• The shipment is properly packaged;
• There is no visible damage caused during transport;
• The products are in good merchantable condition upon receipt.

What to do in case of damage, lack or non-conformity?

If upon inspection you find damage, defect, missing product or discrepancy with the order placed, please do not accept the shipment before the problem is described by the courier.

In this case, request the courier to draw up a "Damaged Goods Report" or other relevant document certifying the problem.

If damage, missing or incorrectly sent product is found, you have the right to refuse the shipment without paying shipping or other costs, when the cause is not your fault.

Important condition for delivery complaints

Claims for visible transport damage, shortages or discrepancies are accepted when the problem is identified upon receipt of the shipment, in the presence of the courier, and the relevant protocol is drawn up.

If the shipment is accepted without comments and without a protocol drawn up, subsequent claims for visible damage, shortages or transport damage may not be honored.

Please always use the "View before payment" option. It protects you from receiving damaged, incomplete, or different goods than what you ordered.
